The Past Write down your past and what challenges you overcame, what strengths you needed to get over your challenge what you were most proud of. The Present Who are you now? Write your life in the present. What are your strengths now what challenges do you currently face? The Future What is your ideal future? How will your life be different from what it is now? What did you do in the present to get to the future?
