Lets start the year right

The first weekend of the new year is here.

Last year was a tiring one.

Everywhere around the world, work from home was ending. Inflation was rising, the news of wars and unrest continued to pop up on our phones, iPads and TV's.

But that's all over now.

However, Its now been 4 days into the new year, and 2025 does'nt seem to have even started for me. Lethargy and tiredness have'nt left me. I feel happy within but my body refuses to listed to my mind.

I promised myself i will write, paint and publish again this year. I didnt post even once in 2024 across blogs, across my channels. But I did get a lot of things accomplished.

  • My vacation house completed a year on AirBnB.
  • I setup a company in Dubai
  • and I didn't sell my crypto when the things got bad :) :)

Now lets look at 2025. No resolutions, a few goals. but how do I start.

So here's the recipe I am going to follow for

Instead of falling into the trap of trying to work toward all my new goals at once, I am going to move intentionally for greater longevity.

I will steer away from stressing if I have a quiet first few weeks of January.

After all slow and steady wins the race!

I am going to keep time aside to get organized. I am setting aside a few hours every day in my calendar, all of January to get my ducks in a row. Cleaning up cupboards, cleaning up emails, my book shelf, diaries, my stationary collection, my garden, my contact list, my messages, digital backups, my drawers and in the process my mind.

Taking self-reflection seriously.

This(January) is a fertile time to look back at what last year offered me. I am going to write an autobiography of me in 2024 and see what I learn about me today.

I want to use this to see how I want to move differently this year. I want to use all of January to reconsider my life goals, my current sense of self, and my future direction.

To a lot more writing, painting, posting in 2025. Stay Happy

Gratitude is a Superpower

Persistence, hard work, and patience are the key values to achieving a gratifying life. But what people don’t know is that the most important value to live by is gratitude - the language of the universe. Without it, you won’t appreciate how far you’ve come. When you are grateful for what you have, you will be blessed with more than what you asked. So celebrate and share your small victories. Everything in your life will work out for your highest good when you have the vision, the focus, as well as the attitude of gratitude and positivity. Believe that spectacular things will unfold right before your eyes as you live in truth and express it freely.   When you choose to live in gratitude and spread it to everyone in your space. You will tap into your sheer power to find serenity and fulfillment in your everyday life. Gratitude is the fairest blossom which springs from the soul. Gratitude is a superpower. It is like a coin bank for your blessings. The more you do it, the more your ban...

Explore the unknown, release your fears.

The modern man is wired to overthink. The amount of information and distractions in life today feeds the mind even more so than it did at any previous point in life. And we get so caught up in the busyness of life that we forget that the overthinking mind keep creating a cyclic template within us which eventually leads to our complete physical and mental breakdown. This template is the cycle of self doubt, overthinking and inaction. And this is a cycle we must break by releasing our fears and embracing whats coming. We must break this cycle from within. The external ways to break this cycle are too expensive for our body and mind. You don't want to live a life on drugs or medicines as doctors would like to call them. So we must "Let go of our fears and self-doubts and Lets embrace what’s coming". We get too caught up in the busyness of our daily life. We are filled with fear of the future so we honor this busyness and convince ourselves that this is okay. IT IS NOT! I am...
