 The modern man is wired to overthink. The amount of information and distractions in life today feeds the mind even more so than it did at any previous point in life. And we get so caught up in the busyness of life that we forget that the overthinking mind keep creating a cyclic template within us which eventually leads to our complete physical and mental breakdown. This template is the cycle of self doubt, overthinking and inaction. And this is a cycle we must break by releasing our fears and embracing whats coming. We must break this cycle from within. The external ways to break this cycle are too expensive for our body and mind. You don't want to live a life on drugs or medicines as doctors would like to call them.
