Explore the unknown, release your fears.

 The modern man is wired to overthink. The amount of information and distractions in life today feeds the mind even more so than it did at any previous point in life. And we get so caught up in the busyness of life that we forget that the overthinking mind keep creating a cyclic template within us which eventually leads to our complete physical and mental breakdown. This template is the cycle of self doubt, overthinking and inaction. And this is a cycle we must break by releasing our fears and embracing whats coming. We must break this cycle from within. The external ways to break this cycle are too expensive for our body and mind. You don't want to live a life on drugs or medicines as doctors would like to call them. So we must "Let go of our fears and self-doubts and Lets embrace what’s coming". We get too caught up in the busyness of our daily life. Writing your autobiography can help you find meaning

Writing your story can help you organize your thoughts and find meaning in the experiences.  Write 3 chapters - one for the past, one for the present and one for the future. The Past Write down your past and what challenges you overcame,  what strengths you needed to get over your challenge  what you were most proud of. The Present Who are you now?  Write your life in the present.  What are your strengths now  what challenges do you currently face? The Future What is your ideal future?  How will your life be different from what it is now?  What did you do in the present to get to the future?
