Are you spiritually connected to your job?

We like to think there is separation between the body, the mind, and the spirit, but there isn’t such a separation really. And, we also like to think there is a separation between our work, our home, family, friends, our community, money, and the environment, but again, there isn’t. Everything is intertwined. Everything affects everything, and everything is connected. True spirituality is a life where the sacred is expressed through all aspects of your life, including your job. So many people are dissatisfied doing what they do, because their spiritual and professional lives are kept separate. What are the things you can do that permit you to have a larger experience doing what you do? Larger in the sense that it connects you to something bigger than you, something you believe in, something you have faith in. Doing so allows you to experience so much more fulfillment and meaningfulness through your job. Think about this. Do you treat your job as an an opportunity to grow and to c

Recipe for a wonderful week

What does a perfect week require: Just some self awareness, some self care, a lotta smiles and satisfaction... Here is something which I built out from my astrological recommendations to start creating perfect weeks for myself :) 1. Physical movement releases tension. So don't sit for too long. Dance, run, do yoga, play an active sport, cycle or just walk a lot. 2. Get creative, use your imagination. Don't ignore sudden inspired ideas. 3. Spend time in your own company. Learn something new. Take time to Reflect. Dont ignore your intuitive urges. 4. Reach out and build deeper connections with loved ones. Be vulnerable. 5. Embrace what motivates you and what makes you optimistic. Put on your favorite music and get work done. Don't neglect your to-do list. 6. Seek new spiritual experiences. Don't overlook or supress emotions. 7. Organize and prep for the next week. Dont forget to create and practice a self care routine. Finally don't rush through everything everyday, i

Go forward - straight outside your comfort zone

Don't be afraid to boldly go where you've never gone before You might not know how everything works at first, but that doesn't have to put you at a disadvantage. Your fear of the unknown is what fools you into believing that you are a disadvantage though. I promise you, in time, your nerves will stop jangling, and you'll even start to feel a sense of accomplishment once you have taken the path you desire. Take a deep breath, and then step out of your comfort zone—and relish that 'Wow! I can really do this!' sensation Stepping out of your comfort zone is always a challenge, but did you know you have the courage of a Lion (or Lioness) inside you? You just need to dig deeper to find that power within.  And when you do, once you tap into that dormant power – you will be able to make massive positive changes in your life and there will be no looking back.

Do you deal well with money? Dig Deep

How are you at dealing with your finances? Do you have the ability to manage your finances in a wise way where you do not spend more money than you make?  And if you don't have that ability, those skills, are you developing them. From time to time, it is good to focus on your relationship with money and how it makes you feel. This helps you become aware of any negative, unconscious habits you have built within you related to how you deal with money. These can be small things, like buying things you no longer need just because you have developed the habit of buying them. Like me for instance, I had developed this habit of ordering a box of pencils and a few erasers every month. Over the past year, my daughter stopped writing on paper as much as she did pre-covid, and we had boxes of pencils and dozens of erasers piling up in the house. But when I would go to the stationer, I would smilingly order another box. 🙀🙀 Exactly! Let us break these habits and reign in our cash. and then we

Trust yourself

Ask yourself this one question, If I lost everything, would I be able to stand on my spiritual faith and create a new life ?   Use this as a reminder that anything can be taken away from us at any given moment. We do not truly "own" anything.  When you realize this, it shifts your value system in alignment with your soul's 5d blueprint. "The 5th dimension (5D) is the first of the higher spiritual dimensions back to Source . It's a plane of consciousness. It's a perceived reality. It's a range of frequencies. The 5D state feels effortless." So in simple words, this realization shifts your value system to your hearts true desire. Don't be clingy, or stubborn, or bull headed. These are all amplifications of fear. Life is about trusting yourself and enjoying the beauty of life. Don't be fueled by the ego. Instead, tune in to the song of the soul.

Face them - solve them

What worries you! Is it your future, your relationship, your finances. Whatever it is, you can overcome your worries and move forward. Where worries are concerned it is extremely beneficial for you to take time to contemplate on them TODAY.  Remove the tendency to bury worries or run from them. Let this message encourage you to  stand and face them. Only by facing them can you find a solution.   Fear exists in the mind. It can only dominate you if you allow it. So don't avoid the fear, don't fight it, accept it and solve the cause of your worries. Don't be afraid to go deep till you are looking at tangible causes and not letting yourself be fooled by a vague idea of the cause. For e.g. if someone has a financial worry and they believe it is because I have less money. That's a vague cause. The person should put down on paper what all monies they earn and bring into their life, and what all they spend and where all they spend. Put together a cash flow sheet for the
