Good Morning Sunday!!!

Aha!! Here comes Sunday...Probably the most anticipated day all over the world...For school kids the day to get out and indulge in some sport (wonder how many still play on the streets after Computer Games took over), For the beautiful women to get out and let loose on swanky streets for some great bargains, for the men to sleep on and on. Its a day which everyone waits for, the ones who have a 5 day week for getting their rest , and those with 6 day weeks to get rid of their hangover...
Well its also a great day to end a weekly fitness regime. Brad Pitt apparently while preparing for his role as Tyler Durden used to run 12 Miles every Sunday to top off his week long exercise routine. You and me can do probably 2 Miles.
Here are some ideas on how to end your weekly fitness schedule:
1. A 30 Minute Jog followed by a Steam and a Cold Shower.
2. 15 Minutes of Mild Running followed by 15 minutes of Cycling. Follow this up with a Steam and a Cold Shower.
3 Three Ab Routines: Start with 3 sets of Oblique Ab Crunches, Follow it up wth 3 sets of Regular Crunches and end it with 3 sets of Twisting Crunches. Follow this up with a Steam and a Cold Shower.
4. If you are the kinds who love lifting weights, prefer to do the cables on this one day. Avoid excessive heavy weights for this day as the muscles need time to rest and its a Sunday for them :)

Have a great day...

Riding the Waves of Eclipse Season

Navigating Eclipse Seasons: Think of it Like This... Okay, so eclipse seasons? They can feel a little like the universe is shaking things up a bit. But hey, it doesn't have to be all chaos! You can totally ride these waves with a bit of savvy. Here’s the lowdown: What to Lean Into: Really Get Real About What You Want: Think of this as a good time to check in with yourself. What are you actually aiming for? Life can throw curveballs during these times, so knowing your general direction makes it way easier to roll with whatever comes your way. Just Say It Clearly: You know how sometimes things get all tangled up in misunderstandings? Yeah, that can happen more during eclipse season. So, try your best to be super straightforward when you talk to people. And if little bumps in the road pop up, try to talk them out honestly and with respect. No need for drama! Cut Yourself (and Others) Some Slack: Let's be real, nobody nails everything all the time – not even you (and definitely...

Hello Gemini Season. Time to get the flirt on

Gemini season is when social calendars heat up (and maybe romances, too.)   One of my oldest crushes and super close friend is a crazy Gemini. Every time her birthday is near, she starts going nuts and starts hunting out adventure of all kinds... and as the birthday passes she starts getting uber serious about making the rest of the year count in ways most cant imagine. One year she left her job as a physiotherapist and became an RJ. Another year, she reached out to some great producers and started a singing career which has taken off beautifully. Gemini season brings a wave of vibrant energy and endless possibilities! Curiosity and versatility are supported as the sun steps into the social air sign. This season is an invitation to embrace your inner social butterfly, dive into fascinating conversations, and explore your various interests.   It’s also a great season to revisit our goals and ambitions for the year, tackle creative projects, and dream big dreams.    ...

Move forward this July

You’ve gathered your tools. You’ve sat in the in-between. You’ve questioned if it’s the right time.  Now? The time is no longer asking for you — it’s pulling you forward. Now Roar - Pick your direction, claim your desire, and go. You don’t need all the answers. You just need a destination you can feel.  This isn’t about fast movement. It’s about focused movement — purpose-driven, soul-led, unstoppable. The universe is watching to see if you’ll rise… or retreat. Distractions may and will come.  Doubt may and will whisper.  But you need to know, that this is not the time to coast. It’s the time to steer. This moment invites you to claim what’s always been yours, not through force, but through conviction.    When you move with clarity, the path responds — doors open, allies appear, resistance softens.   This is about sovereignty in motion.  You are not waiting on a sign — you are the sign.
