Face them - solve them

What worries you! Is it your future, your relationship, your finances.

Whatever it is, you can overcome your worries and move forward.

Where worries are concerned it is extremely beneficial for you to take time to contemplate on them TODAY.

Remove the tendency to bury worries or run from them. Let this message encourage you to  stand and face them. Only by facing them can you find a solution.

Fear exists in the mind. It can only dominate you if you allow it.

So don't avoid the fear, don't fight it, accept it and solve the cause of your worries. Don't be afraid to go deep till you are looking at tangible causes and not letting yourself be fooled by a vague idea of the cause. For e.g. if someone has a financial worry and they believe it is because I have less money. That's a vague cause. The person should put down on paper what all monies they earn and bring into their life, and what all they spend and where all they spend. Put together a cash flow sheet for themselves and see what causes the feeling of "I have less money". I know some friends who make millions of dollars and are forever complaining they have no money. When I look and talk to them I realize they are forever consumed by their fears as their financial world is embedded in the material world, and not linked to their spirit.

Spend time among nature to enrich and nourish yourself

Think about how you  can merge your worries with your spiritual world.

Spend time among nature to enrich and nourish yourself, enable yourself to see things from a new and higher perspective.  That perspective will help you find a solution. A big worry can be easily removed using small peaceful steps arrived at using calm reflection.

Be aware, be grateful, be in control

Explore the unknown, release your fears.

The modern man is wired to overthink. The amount of information and distractions in life today feeds the mind even more so than it did at any previous point in life. And we get so caught up in the busyness of life that we forget that the overthinking mind keep creating a cyclic template within us which eventually leads to our complete physical and mental breakdown. This template is the cycle of self doubt, overthinking and inaction. And this is a cycle we must break by releasing our fears and embracing whats coming. We must break this cycle from within. The external ways to break this cycle are too expensive for our body and mind. You don't want to live a life on drugs or medicines as doctors would like to call them. So we must "Let go of our fears and self-doubts and Lets embrace what’s coming". We get too caught up in the busyness of our daily life. We are filled with fear of the future so we honor this busyness and convince ourselves that this is okay. IT IS NOT! I am
